Today was Aidan’s 2nd pediatric appointment and he is making progress!  However, while he was on the scale he decided that he didn’t like the nurse’s laptop and peed about 2 feet with a perfect arc to hit the keyboard!  Nice range buddy!

I decided to have a little fun with Aidan and take some pictures in the basement.  I bought some cheap white sheets and some inexpensive flood lights to make a quick “studio”.  It is far from perfect, but it produced some decent photos.  I certainly learned a few things while shooting too.  Aidan was very cooperative for almost an hour while daddy played around.

Today was Aidan’s first appointment with the pediatrician.  He is almost back up to his birth weight, weighing in at 6lbs. 8oz (0.8oz shy of his birth weight), and 19.75 inches long.

He was looking a little jaundiced so we had to take him to the hospital to get some blood work drawn.  Everything is OK, but we really tested his lungs with that blood draw!

This weekend was filled with visitor’s and we celebrated Susan’s birthday!  What’s better birthday present than a beautiful baby boy!
